02. Zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy

Drivn Dallas maintains and enforces a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting drivers from using alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances while providing transportation services. Drivers must never operate a vehicle while impaired or under the influence.

If you suspect a driver is impaired, report the concern to Drivn Dallas at (469) 706-0866. You may also report the concern to the City of Dallas using the complaint options in section 5 below. If there is immediate danger, call 911.

04. Accessible transportation

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request.

Please call (469) 706-0866 to request accessible service and arrange suitable transportation for your trip. A wheelchair-accessible vehicle must be specifically arranged; this statement does not mean that the Cadillac Escalade or every vehicle in our fleet is wheelchair-accessible.

05. File a complaint with the City of Dallas

To file a transportation-for-hire service complaint with the City of Dallas, call 311 from within Dallas, or (214) 670-3111 from any location. You can also submit a request through the City of Dallas 311 online portal.

Helpful details, if available, include the date and time of service, the vehicle, pickup or trip details, and a description of the concern.
