Information We Collect

Our public request forms collect your name, email, phone number, requested service or vehicle, dates, location, and any trip details you choose to provide. For a self-drive rental agreement, we also collect your mailing address, electronic signature, affirmative consent records, agreement version, and signing timestamps. The booking-linked signing flow verifies the reservation email through a one-time code. The direct or off-site signing flow does not require an email; any email provided there is optional, unverified contact information. We process hashed—not plainly stored—network and browser evidence to help attribute the signature and protect the signing service from abuse. Do not enter payment-card, driver’s-license, insurance-policy, or other sensitive identification information in a public form.

How We Use Your Data

We use request information to respond, confirm availability and pricing, coordinate requested services, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use rental-agreement information to verify a booking-linked renter or attribute a direct renter’s self-attested signature, create a retainable signed record, administer the rental, resolve disputes, and protect customers and company-owned vehicles. A submitted request or electronic signature is not a confirmed reservation until Drivn Dallas accepts it in writing and completes all rental requirements. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and Hosting Measurements

This website uses the Google tag and Google Analytics to understand how the site is found and used. Google may process device and browser information, page views, referring pages, approximate location, interactions, and network information such as an IP address for measurement, security, and reporting. Our GoDaddy hosting environment may also provide or inject performance and traffic-measurement technology as part of operating the website.

You can limit analytics storage through browser privacy settings, content-blocking tools, and cookie controls available on your device. Blocking measurement technology does not prevent you from browsing the site or contacting the concierge by phone.

Service Providers and Legal Disclosure

We may share information with providers that support hosting, analytics, email, communications, payment, insurance, and other business operations only as needed for those purposes. These providers include Google for website measurement and GoDaddy for website hosting. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, vehicles, or the business.

Security and Retention

We use access controls and hosting security measures designed to protect request and signature information, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Website inquiry and reservation-request records are generally retained for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active request, business records, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Signed rental agreements, their document digests, and signature evidence are retained separately for as long as reasonably needed to administer the rental and satisfy accounting, insurance, dispute, and legal obligations. Payment-card information, driver’s-license images, and insurance documents are not collected by the website signing form. Analytics information is retained according to the settings and policies of the measurement providers.
